We will be creating parade participants out of paper in class. Students will be allowed to choose the culture of their participant. In order to help your child with this assignment, please research together the clothing worn in the culture he/she has chosen. Students have already decided which cultural group they wanted their parade participant to represent. Some students chose to create a participant from their own culture while other students chose a different culture. The questions on the worksheet are to help your child find out more about the culturally-appropriate clothing that could be worn for the parade. This information will be used to help your child create his/her character in class.
